Information for the current Dobo service.

Who operates Dobo

Dobo is operated by Andrii Shylenko e.v., Hungary. For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, email andrii@shylenko.com. We may need to confirm account ownership when handling a request.

What Dobo processes

Account details and session records support sign-in. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and whether that address is verified; Dobo does not receive your Google password. If you sign in with an emailed code, the code is sent to your address and only a protected form of it is kept, for up to 10 minutes. Your conversations, Dobo instructions, files, activity and approvals are processed to provide the assistant and keep your work together. Optional voice features process recordings or text when you choose to use them. A Dobo’s computer can process browser state, page content, files and screenshots for the work you request.

Connecting another service or sharing content can make that information available to the service or people you choose. Review what you share and avoid including information you do not want processed.

Google email and Calendar connections

Google sign-in is separate from optional Gmail and Google Calendar consent. Google Workspace connections currently require operator setup and are limited to approved owner previews while Google verification is pending. Gmail read access lets Dobo read and search email for your requested tasks. Separate Gmail draft and Send permission lets Dobo prepare drafts and send only after your explicit approval in the app. The read-only Calendar grant reads your calendar list and events. Optional separate Calendar manage consent enables availability, create, reschedule and cancel actions only when enabled, with a preview and explicit approval in the app before changes or invitations. Availability is checked only when enabled, using read-only or manage access. Verified provider identity and encrypted credentials are held by the private controller; credentials are not sent to model providers. Disconnecting Google access can revoke Gmail and Calendar grants for the same Google account across the Google project, including other Dobo connections.

Dobo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Dobo does not use Google Workspace data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models. Relevant email and Calendar content may be sent to the model providers selected for your requested tasks, under applicable provider handling and configuration.

WhatsApp and Messenger connections

When WhatsApp or Messenger is enabled for your account, you can opt in to link your personal messaging identity with the central Dobo messaging identity and the same Main Dobo in the app. Availability depends on current provider setup and policy eligibility. Meta sends signed message content, message IDs, sender identity and media references from that conversation. Dobo stores encrypted routing, request and receipt records and the resulting app conversation. If you choose voice, Dobo sends the audio for transcription and the task text for processing to the configured AI and audio providers. Replies and task status travel through Meta and its messaging service. Approvals for actions remain in the Dobo app. Linking does not grant access to your personal chats or copy arbitrary existing chats. You can disconnect to stop future messaging admission.

Service infrastructure

Cloudflare provides hosting and storage infrastructure. Selected AI and audio requests may be routed through Cloudflare or DeepInfra. Sign-in codes are delivered by an email delivery provider. Task context needed for a request is sent to the selected provider. Provider handling depends on the provider and configuration; this page does not promise that conversations are end-to-end encrypted or that providers never retain request data.

Public website and team enquiries

The team enquiry form stores the contact details, company, team size, requested workflow, consent and request metadata you submit so we can discuss a pilot. An enquiry does not start a subscription. The public landing can use Cloudflare Web Analytics when configured; metrics are restricted to the public page, with app route measurement disabled. No enquiry text, conversation content or account identity is sent as a custom analytics event.

Storage and requests

Service storage retains account information and work needed to run the service. Signing out, removing a local profile or uninstalling the app does not delete server data. Dobo does not currently offer a verified self-service account deletion flow. To delete your account and data, follow the steps on Delete your account. Contact us about access or correction.

Dobo Plus subscriptions are available in the app. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe on its checkout page; this public landing page does not collect payment card details.
