Information for the current Dobo service.

Dobo early access

Dobo is operated by Andrii Shylenko e.v., Hungary. The current service is in early access for conversations, files and Dobos. New accounts can be created with Google or an emailed sign-in code when signup is open; at other times access is limited to invited accounts. Availability, signup and supported workflows can change during early access.

Your account and work

Use your own account and content you are entitled to provide. Keep sign-in details private. Check AI output before relying on it, and review actions or content before approving them. Do not use Dobo for unlawful activity or to access someone else’s account without permission.

Plans and team enquiries

Dobo Plus costs USD29 per month and renews automatically each month unless canceled. It includes a monthly allowance of USD8 in AI and tools provider costs and 25 hours of Dobo computer time, resetting monthly without rollover. When the monthly allowance is used up, new paid activity pauses until it resets; there are no automatic overage charges. You can cancel in the app under Settings → Billing → Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid month. Payment is handled by Stripe. A team enquiry is a request to discuss a scoped pilot, not a purchase or promise of an agreed service level.

Messaging connections

WhatsApp and Messenger availability depends on operator setup and current provider policy eligibility. Linking is optional and opts in to task replies and questions in that channel, with actions approved in the Dobo app. Disconnect stops future messaging admission; it does not recall messages already accepted by the provider or erase copies held by third parties.

Connected account permissions

Google sign-in does not authorize Gmail or Calendar access. Connections require separate consent and may be limited to approved previews pending Google verification. A read-only Calendar grant is separate from optional separate Calendar manage consent for availability, create, reschedule and cancel actions. When enabled, manage actions require a preview and explicit approval in the app before changes or invitations. Availability is checked only when enabled, using read-only or manage access. Sending email requires a separate grant and your explicit approval in the app. Disconnecting a Google account can remove the project’s Gmail and Calendar permissions together; review the effect before confirming.

Third-party services

External websites, AI providers and services you connect have their own terms and practices. Approve only the access you intend to give. Dobo’s availability does not guarantee that any particular external service is supported or continuously available.
